I took a week off this July to install a new floor in my Falcon.  As you can see in the pictures below, my floor had a LOT of holes under multiple layers of sheet metal patches.

Thanks to helpful folks down south in St. Louis, I brought a relatively rust free floor out of a 4 door.  After pressure washing the floor, I found it never had undercoating applied to it, and still wears its factory primer.  The dusting of surface rust pales in comparison to the underside of the pans, which I would EAT off of!

The floor was welded in place, and I used Epoxy paint and POR 15 to seal the floor from possible rust.
