This car would not be possible without my good friend Duane Keough and lot of cold nights working in the garage. I thank him for all his help!!

This my 62 Futura Sports Coupe, it came with a 170 cid engine and a standard 3spd trans, The car came white with Ragoon red interior and after stripping the car down to just the body, we worked on putting front end and Diff in the car so at least we could move the car around.

After this was achieved, we had to do some floor repair, and some repairs to the lower front fender mountings, most of the car was really solid and rust free, (the car came from Atlanta).
 
The front-end is a Granada Disc Brake set-up with a 8" Diff at the rear. I had a 302 rebuilt and a three speed auto (C4) installed in the car, installed Headers (302 Maverick) they fit great, installed a mustang floor shifter, got it running and sent it off to be painted.

The colour is GM Black Cherry Met, and Thanks to Rob Jordan at Body Shop 89, the body and paint work, came out excellent.

After getting the car back we started to put it back together, did the interior in black, custom wheel,63 dash chrome, new carpet, headliner and re-upholstered the seats.

The wheels are off my old Dodge Charger there a Magnum 500 style very popular in the 70s. -----the offset is great!! they fit the rear wheel wells perfect !!!!

The car is not finished yet there still is lots of little things to do, but I,m having a blast driving around town in it now, and yes it sure does turn a lot of heads.

This is my fifth or sixth Falcon and needless to say, I hope its not my last. I think I'm hooked on these birds!
