| Charlotte,
North Carolina
The car was bought new in Charlotte, NC. I found it about two
hours outside of Charlotte, but I was working on a 63 convertible at the time so my father
Doug Browne bought the car and did all the restoration work to it himself. A neighbor
painted it.
Last year I had the chance to buy it from my father and did. From what I have been able to
find out about the car, very few sprint
convertibles were ordered with a bench seat and three speed on the column. Every thing is
factory but the wheels and the motor. The motor is out of a 1967 Cougar. You have a great
website, I am glad so see so many people love Falcons as much as I do.
